Kappasphere Harness Bar

Tired of waiting for Schroth to come up with their quick fit system for the R56.

Has anyone tried this harness bar: http://www.kappasphere.com/newest_stuff/monkeybar.cfm

Please let me know your experience with this for track or autocross use.

Seems like a good solution but are there clearance issues with the seat backs?

Can you still get wheels & tires to fit in the rear seat section with the seat removed?

Cheers!

Depends on the belt system used. I would never suggest using a 4-point belt for a track day UNLESS it was the Schroth system. They are the only ones that have an integrated anti-submarine feature designed into them.

So if you have the capabilities of running a 5 or 6 point system (a seat capable of utilizing it), the harness bar is a very attractive alternative.
