I've got the red/black seats and red color line on the interior of my car, am thinking about ways I might add a little touch of red to the outside... Considering painting my calipers and adding a red pinstripe to the outsides of my red sport stripes. Threw together a photochop and I think I like it - it's nice and subtle.



I've already got a set of red mirror caps I might try on as well, but when I edited them in it looked like too much to me...

Wadda ya'll think?

 

I like the stripes, but I'm not a fan of the calipers.

 

I like the stripes a lot. I can see where the mirror caps may be too much...can you come up with anything for your side schutes? Remember in the end only your opinion matters. Post some pics when you get it done...

 

I like the stripes. They look like my bonnet stripes...just as sport stripes. LOL

 

I'm thinking maybe a "black-and-red jack" for the side scuttles. Maybe I'll get a set of the carriers and mock up some inserts on the printer to see how they'd look before actually having them made.

Thanks for the feedback, folks! Looks like I'm not crazy with the stripes, so will go ahead and get some decent vinyl and try it out. Nice thing about vinyl stripes - if they don't work out they're easily removed.

 

the red pinstriping on the sport stripes looks nice. very subtle and unique.
as for the mirror caps, all the red would definitely attract attention.
just some ideas to get more creative juices going~
maybe do something subtle with red on the mirror caps too? or even some silver on the mirror caps like the mini camden mirror caps?
