how are "capsule" bulbs different from regular H7's?
Would these work on our cars?

i think i'll just go for the piaa H7's...but kinda pricy.

any word on this "capsule" bulb?

Those "capsule' bulbs are a drop-in replacement for the H7s used in the high beams (and low beams on non-Xenon cars). They are identical to what's in there from the factory except for a bluish tint which makes the light appear whiter and more "xenon-like". They are not any more powerful than what comes stock (they are the same wattage) but the whiter-appearing light seems to make it look more powerful. The main reason one would want to use these is for the 'cleaner' looking light they throw off and to more closely match the xenon low beams.

'Capsule' is the technical name for the quartz shell of the bulb itself.

thanks again. i think im going to use those instead of the piaa's.
my markers are white hue so wanted the daytime light to match the
color.
