I found this on a link in Pro-Minis web page...anyone know who makes the instrument cluster that replaces the center speedo? I like it!

I could see it being done for race purposes, but I doubt you will find people that have done it yet. It goes against the "classic" styling that everyone needs to keep. It does look kinda of interesting though. I would like to see other pictures...

race purposes only? what about oil pressure, boost, temp, and voltage?

I don't agree "the classic look everyone needs to keep" when the nav system already moves to the double steering wheel cluster...more guage info for me please!

You know, they also make aux guages (voltage and oil pressure, I think?) that fit down into the little space behind the cupholder/ashtrays. Just in case you wanted extra info, but didn't actually want to reconfigure your whole dash.

This reminds me of the day my boyfriend told me of the software that would allow him to hook-up his laptop to his car so that he could see performance graphs and monitor absolutely every aspect of engine timing and performance--among other things, I'm sure. Yeah... he's a big nerd.

My opinion (not that anyone asked): obviously go for it if you like it, but as long as the fuel needle isn't below "E", and the temp guage is in the middle... what else do you really need to know? (Ok, I admit that oil pressure would be nice..)

Looks to me that they went to great lengths to outfit this car for a particular purpose, as in the tach area. If so, then I'll bet the guage cluster that replaces the center speedo is a custom job. I haven't seen anything like in anywhere....it's probably one-of-a-kind.

The 4 gauges remind me of the tailpipe configuration on a Pagini Zhonda.
But I agree with Raider- it has a very old skool feel to it. Like a 747-100
or 200 series.

I don't think it looks purty.

You can tell by the interior of the car that it is setup for racing. I have nothing against it, but I also think that adding more guages in other places is better than a total reconfiguration...
