Interior/Exterior Paintless Dent Removers
Paintless Dent Removers
After coming home from a local supermarket, I noticed a ugly dent on my MINI
which possibly came from a SUV Who knocked his door against my back panel.
Its not that big but it is big enough to irritate you when you see it. There are no scratches, its just the dent. I was thinking of sending the car to these people. Has anyone got any first experience with Paintless dent removers? what are your take on them?
Thanks

This guy is a bit far from you, but if you check with your local club they might be able to point in the right direction in your area.

and check your yellow pages under Auto body repair ... look for names like ding king, dent master . . .
I've used them successfully. If it is a simple dent on the middle of a panel you should have good luck.
Most of these folks will come to you and can do the work in your driveway or even work parking lot.

Find out who the local car dealers use. I have seen some very impressive repairs and don't ever remember a bad one.
The most impressive I saw was on the top seam of a fender (the peak between two planes). I was sure there would be a distortion left in the gloss, but it was perfect.
I can't remember the name of the guys (it was years ago) but the car dealers will give them plenty of practice and whomever they use, are going to be good.
The flat of a panel is kids stuff to them, it should be absolutely perfect based on my experiences.
