I have regular driving lights--not Xenon, not Halogen, just the stock 2002 MCS lites.

Can I replace the bulbs with 100W white light bulbs? I've been told I can, but I'm worried that I'll melt something, or that the bulbs won't fit...etc...

Anyone done this or know better? Thanks, Jenni

I have read posts on MINI2 where people using 100 watt bulbs were having problems with the reflectors in the headlights melting and warping.

check out the piaa site. http://www.piaa.com it'll give you some ideas
on what to use or at least get you going. they have an application page.

don't use over-rated watt bulbs. it will melt the harness.
