high/low beam bulb

I have a regular MINI Clubman, It has the standard halogen headlights, I want replace the headlights become brighter. Is there any way to do that?

Deleted - just discovered US and UK Minis use completely different bulbs!

Do you know how to release the retainer clip for the removal and replacement on a 2003 MINI (low beam)? Thanks, AL.
