I can tell you that I have been driving the past 2000 miles on the highway, rain and shine and haven't had one problem! They look just like they did when I put them on!

Bump-date? Still holding up? Home depot few bucks and an hour or two sounds a lot better than the $229/$159 for the m7 setup and it's certainly not worth the difference in price...

Did you have to cut the rear bumper to make it actually vent? I know my stock r53 ones aren't actual vents, it's all one solid piece.

How did you do it? I have been wanting to do that to my rear bumper for some time now.

Still holding up, just touched up the paint a bit, other than that it's doing great! I still tend to buy an alta kit one day haha, on the rear bumper once you take the inserts out there are just holes. So once you put the vents in you're good to go! Hardest part was cutting the heat shield haha, I just didn't have the right tools and did it at my house with scissors!
