I was able to contact a Japanese exporter and they shipped me the pivot x2m-c for my 2010 MCS (first one in Hawaii, BTW). Installed last week and finally got some shots of it installed.

Must say that it's really enjoyable to have a temp and boost gauge to let me know what's going on. No problem using metric/celsius gauge since I'm and engineer. Really like that the night lighting matches the factory lighting and it was a pretty easy install.
Let me know if you'd like the name of the exporter.

Thanks for posting photos, ...so, how does it work? -do you press a button to switch from boost to temp display?

I really like the pivot gauge. Just be sure to get the X2M-C, not the X2 or X3. The X2M-C is specifically made for the R56 MINI and comes with the matching bezel and night lighting.
A mounting pod is supplied that screws onto the back of the tachometer along with an optional mounting plate if you want to mount it on the dash instead.
Very easy install: just plug the "D" connector into the OBDC data connector on the left of the driver's side footwell then tap into the fuse box with the supplied "add-a-fuse" at one of the 7.5 A fuses. The only thing I had to do that wasn't supplied was that I had to add a length of wire to extend the fuse power lead since their wire is sized to fit a Japanese car where their driver side is on the right so the fuse box is next to the tachometer. No tapping of any mechanical lines or pressure sensors. If you have to take your car in for warranty work, just unplug the OBDC connector and it's back to factory wiring.
For switching between the temp and boost gauges, there's a small, clear plastic button that is just under the temp/boost indicator lights. Pushing it will switch between the functions. I was able to purchase this for just about $320 after exchange rates; which isn't bad for the equivalent of 2 gauges, mounting pod and all the wiring taken care of...and did I say it was easy to install??? Talk about saving time and money...typical Japanese attention to detail with instructions coming in both English and Japanese. Hope you can get one also. It really fills out the dash's looks.
