can anyone help me remove this piece?

anyone have any insight in how to remove this piece? It's in the headliner between the rearview mirror and the sunroom controls. It's vibrating and driving me nuts. I need to get up in there to stop it.

Thanks!

Ted

Well....when I cant remove something....I just pull really really hard or use a crowbar. That tends to break it loose.

You need to just pull it down from the front i front of the two lights. It will seem like you are pulling too hard and going to break it, but that is how it is done.
