Black Taillight Covers?

Is anyone aware if black taillight covers exist for the R56? I recently put Lamin-X on, but I am so frustrated that I cannot get them perfect. I think some black plastic taillight covers would be a great alternative to vinyl or painting.

Thanks guys!

like tail light tint? im sure a local tint shop could do it for you for a small fee, although as someone who had their tails tinted by a pro, i had to take them off after some time because they started peeling at the edges due to the unique contours of the rear tail lights on the r56

I'm talking about actual black plastic covers that you used to always see back in the day. Like by the company GTS.

~80$ professionally

I did my own for 20$ for the vht niteshades, i'm pretty good at spray cans.. so it came out pretty nice, but if you dont have much practice with them then skip on that unless you feel confident

You rock Boston! I think I might just send them away for Jon to do! I need my tails, rear fogs, and side markers done. Looks like he has TONS of experience. Still wish they has plastic covers!!!

How did you use niteshades w/o it running. I had a tough time spraying my wheel arch reflectors b/c they're curved and vht is a liquid.

with patience.

=p

you gotta put on each coat VERY light, and let it dry completely before applying the next. you can also do a 1000 grit wet sanding lightly without and pressure (dont presss on the sand paper), between coats.
