How to debadge?

First of all, sorry for all the new topics. Lots of info I'm trying to get, and compiling it all into one topic seems to get some things overlooked. Anyways...

I'm looking for a How-To for debadging the front wings, rear wing, rear Cooper S logo, and finding something to smooth out the side markers. Will prolly just make them all black and get the non-S side blinker.

Are the badges (excluding markers) glued on or snapped in? If glued on, does this work: http://www.wikihow.com/Debadge-Your-Car

If not, what does one dooo?!

Not as easy as that unfortunately

Here is what it looks like under the badge. It would require some body work for the holes underneith....The badge is secured with just 3m tape....no other attachments. I used dental floss to work at tape from all sides. Other badges (COOPER S) have no holes and dental floss takes them off nicely. Just use some MaGuires liquid auto polish for any tape residue. Dab some on, let it sit for a few minutes and let it work on adheasive. Then rub out/off remaining tape residue....plus no harm to finish either.

BTW: I just painted parts of my front badge OEM Dark Silver..... Now it rather blends in nicely....

I don't know anything about bodywork or paint, but would any old body shop be able to patch that up and get my Cooper's colour chip?

Also, the rear wings are only glued on as well?

Patching up holes may be expensive body work. I was considering some sort of patch and smoothing it out, then adding a Rally Stripe kit to cover the unfinished areas of the hood and hatch...

The rear wing is glued/taped and bolted down from factory. But do-able to remove....

Open rear hatch, there are some plugs on each side. Remove plugs and loosen nuts....And Be careful NOT to let the nuts fall into the hatch hard to retrieve.

You can get a set of these to cover holes in hatch from Pete at Minspeed in Florida....http://www.minspeed.net//products.php?cat=19&pg=4
