Alternate Steering Wheel?

Does anybody know anything about this wheel? Is it possible to swap into a R55?

From context clues it currently resides in a European (or Australian) R53...

that style is usually for the older models, I don't know exactly what generation r50's? but yeah that was the standard, i'm sure you can find that steering wheel on nearly all of the previous (they have that here not only in europe.. just not right hand drive) models.

(correct me if i'm wrong)

Yes your controls (MFSW) would be useless if you installed it
