That's the M7 hood Scoop that comes with the DFIC Intercooler.
You might be able to find it for sale in the marketplace.
Otherwise you have to buy the Intercooler in order to get one.

 

I thought the DFIC scoop is more open that that one, funneling back to the IC face...

That looks like one of Joel's prototypes...I recall seeing it a very long time ago. DrObnxs is right--it's not a standard DFIC scoop.

i want to find a solution because take more air

 

I'm running the Palo Uber Scoop, I like it a lot.
It has a larger opening allowing to funnel more air into the intercooler.
Always an option.

There was a DFIC for sale recently in the marketplace, it sold recently....

As DrPhil mentioned, I did a few 1 off scoops for a few different people. This looks like one I did for use with a stock IC. If you are interested in one, to work with the Alta IC, PM me with your wants/needs.
