Interior/Exterior OEM driving lights, install question

OEM driving lights, install question
So I dont know about anyone else, but i found the OEM directions aweful for the driving lights. I couldnt figure out a way to snake the harness past the firewall or how to hook up lead A1 into Pin4(which is Pin4!?!?!) If anyone can shed some light onto these things and lend any other advice it would be great. I couldnt justify spending close to 800 between parts and labor which is what MoP quoted me.
