This is two questions really! I was thiiiinking of putting plaid bonnet stripes on my Pure Silver Mini, but because of the body color I am hesitant, does anyone know if this will clash awfully? Also, I've searched and searched these boards, but has anyone actually put plaid stripes on their mini? I know AC makes them, but only in one color. Does anyone else, and do you have a picture or anything? :/

Next! My vision is to do the plaid bonnet stripes, and then red mirror caps and rollbar covers, but I've only ever seen chrome or my black covers, is this doable?

You can do any color mirror caps that you want. There are some cool multi-color caps from different european events and Bimmian makes some vinyl covers to do interesting Union Jack effects.

Plaid stripes might do very nicely.

How about a whole plaid car? (spotted in Dallas)

Its not the mirror caps I don't know how to do, thats the easy part, its the rollbar covers on the ragtop.
