Hood Scoop and Grille Trim

Anyone know of any good paint that can be used to paint the chrome trim around the grille and the hood scoop? I wish I could afford a CF hood scoop and the black grille trim from outmotoring, but since I can't and I LOVE the look, I was hoping this could be a viable alternative. Any suggestions?

Vinyl is your friend man. It looks great, and it's not permanent should you decide to change it later. Go vinyl, not paint.

Hmmm... I never even thought about vinyl. Any recommendations about where to get it from? I'm real new to any sort of mods, even cosmetic changes. Thanks for the tip!

I have a very DIY spirit and actually bought my own vinyl to wrap my mirrors, gas cap, and door handles. They all turned out fine but boy was it hard work!! Since it was just me, it was hard heating, then stretching the material. I would definitely recommend going with Lyle, although i do not have first hand experience with him, wrapping things, especially odly shaped things is no easy task.
