I was quoted $1,800 for this set up: 2 Boston Acoustics Pro 60, 2 Boston SX95, the amp is the Gt40 from Boston also the price includes installetion and everything else needed. Also the Alpine ipod interface. What do you guys think about this setup?

 

I have no experience with those speakers, but I'm curious about the Alpine iPod interface. What does it give you that plugging into the AUX port wouldn't?

 

You get charger, control on changing songs anything in the ipod, bluetooth that lets you talk through your head unit
