Hamann Front Aero Bumper

Hey all,
I've been searching and searching to find good images of the Hamann front Aero Bumper. All have a euro license plate installed.
Anyone here have this bumper that you can post images of? Or seen an image of it without a front plate?
I'm torn between this bumper and the official MINI aero kit.

This is the best image I've found so far:

Thanks!

Do a search of "DINAN upgrades" and look for that thread. There is a member on here that has a black MCS with the Hamann front bumper. I think his username on here is something to the affect of "BlackDinan" or "BlkDinan" something like that. Its a beautiful car ! He also has the Hamann wheels on it.

Also, last i checked BavAuto.com is a Hamann distributor and carries this bumper for the MINI

We have access to Hamann and I've ordered a part for myself to see how all this works with that supplier. It's been about a month so far and no updates so I don't have a lot of faith that we really have good access.

Does anyone know if the upper-grille has to be installed like that?

And it looks like it requires the fender flares to be body-match-painted (at least for everything to look good)... confirm?

I'd prefer the aero-kit grill than the BMW-ish nostril look!

No you don't need to install that grille. It's totally optional.

You could easily run the aero upper-grille.

I did some quick photoshops to see what it would look like with other grills:
Check it out over at Michigan Minis:

you wouldn't have to paint the flares, but it would look silly if you dont

I agree, it does look more like a BMW with that grill.

I'm surprised they didn't put the BMW baleen (vertical grille slats) where the cutouts are to make it look even more contrived and pretentious.

If you look behind any stock grille that exact dual kidney hole shape is there on all MINIs.

just another reminder that the MINI is owned by BMW!

funny how no one noticed that the Hamann front bumper looks nearly identical to the E46 M3 factory front bumper.... just on a MINI of course....

anyone sell this bumper for anything less than $899 PLUS SHIPPING like Bavarian Autosport? we've carried their magazine at some of the shops i've owned / managed, and its just not worth that much for a damn front bumper - not even if it were in carbon fiber! okay, maybe then, but i wouldn't pay it! its bad enough i'm ordering the front and rear spoilers in carbon---replicas of course....

just because tis a BMW doesn't mean you have to make it look like one
I am really happy with the M7 grill matched to the Hamann bumper:

I remember your MINI... It inspired me to get an aerokit for my mine as soon as the funds are available.
Sharp looking MINI you have there..
Did your dogs ever find Timmy in the Joyce Kilmer woods?
