I cant wait to see this... if you haven't painted a car before, run like the wind. Run 10x faster if you are changing colors. You will easily spend 2k on equipment, quality paint and disposables and it will look like crap if done in your garage. Spend the 2-5k and get it done right (not at Maaco).

TheFutureQueenofNebraska (Tori) got her MCS custom painted metallic pink. It looks absolutely amazing in person. Check out my gallery for a couple pics. I believe someone told me the entire job was over 10k, but that might have also included the cost of the custom interior also. Anyway, I'm guessing satin black would be a lot less?
