Interior/Exterior Pic request: OutMotoring (or any other) headlight tint
Pic request: OutMotoring (or any other) headlight tint
I'm considering getting the headlight and driving light tint from OutMotoring. Tried a search, and it yielded no results. Does anyone have it on their car?
I want to tint them slightly because they stick out horribly on the black car, but too much tint is never good

A company called Vinyl Styles offers a "smoke" tint which is a bit lighter if you dont want to go too dark.

I have the yellow on my car in California. I haven't been bothered by LEO's for it at all and I have had it on for over three years. I have Xenons, so at night with the yellow tint they look similar to regular halogens.
I don't have the Xenons...
I'm considering those EBay black projectors, but I don't like the look quite as much as the stock. I've been talking to Lyle from Vinyl Styles and I like the look...I'm waiting for him to have the 05 tails in before I place an order though

Where did you get the CF headlight rings from?
I have the "tint" from Lamin-X, they have a darker tint called smoke. I do like it, but really want to do a Joey mod, so this was sort of a compromise. Had them on since the summer, no hassel from the cops so far. They do compromise the light output though, I need to use my driving lamps to help out in the dark. I only use my car as a weekend toy at this point, so I am going to leave them on until I get an extra set of lights to Joey mod. I like the way it makes the chrome rings pop.

They look great and you can customize them too. Once the MINI is running with the daytime running lights on, the film almost disappears, at night I have found NO reduction in visibility.
I have never had a ticket for them, have never been pulled over because of them in the 6 months I've had them. It's my daily driver too.
Great Fun, real parking lot stopper.

I'm pretty sure I ordered the MN002. The mistake I made with my order though is that I clicked on the taillight kit below it on accident and ended up just calling and talking to the guy at Rock Blocker and were able to sort everything out.
