Interior/Exterior Gap in my trim piece

Gap in my trim piece

I appear to have a small gap in my trim piece that sits above the wheel arch and on the front fender. Is their any way to fix that? It appears that the piece just began to come off.

But sometimes the trim and panel gap will always be messed up. My car is as such. But after what it's has been through, Im just glad it's still here.

The black plastic arch trims are easily adjusted by just pulling or pushing them into alignment. They kind of click on ratchet notches as you move them. If it is other than that ..... post a picture.
