Whooooo, I finally finished, it was much harder then I thought it would be but I was able to get it installed. The scoop and fender piece went on sooo easy, but the hood near the head light were murder. It took forever to get them to lay down smooth.

I also order the top of the rear bumper, but it was too late. I noticed a scratch today, must have hit it when I was getting something out of the boot. At least now that should be the only one, now that its protected.

I had the whole kit installed last weekend on my car too.

Looks great, can barely tell that it is there for 2-3 ft.

Nice-
I hope it stays clear and resists the elements over time.
Front protection from rocks and such would be worth the effort to install this.
I have similar protection for all forward facing lights on my MCS-but it is much thicker.

Looks great! Any issues with it going over the stripes? I've been considering Invinca-Shield, but wasn't sure if I'd have a problem with it and the existing stripes.

The bra looks good.

I am currently the sponsor that sells the clear bra's on this Mini Site. The kits come with a 4 year warranty and a $1k paint protection. I do recommend an installer on the Mini coopers.

The complete kit for a MINI is $150 Shipped. The invinca-shield kit covers a little less than the x-pel kit but is a lot easier to install for the customer. Invinca also has other pieces that cover rear bumper, rocker panels, roof, etc.

Xpel kit is $295 Shipped and comes with headlight protection and has more protection overall. Down side is, i would recommend an installer to do the install. I will be more than happy to also find an installer for you.

Let me know if you guys have questions.

It lays pretty good over the stripes. I had a small "gap" where the bra didn't lay down onto the hood right at the egdes of the stripes. Hard to explain. But after curing and a little more work with sqeegy (sp?) it laid down faily smooth with a tiny gap left, not very noticable. I probably could do better if I had it to do over again, paying more attention the stripes. As you can see in pict 1 and 2 it looks pretty good where the stripes are.
