There are some aesthetic design flaws but I'll overlook them for the benefit...ramming air to the CAI...

I think the scoop that carbonized developed is functional and looks good too.

Oh great! Carbonized is slim, good looking, AND a master CF artist?
Suddenly things are looking even more pathetic.
My wife aint lookin at this picture!

I wish CF was easier to work with, and readily available to an old surfboard builder.

OUCH again.

the positioning of the hood extractors lead me to believe that after the air exits the hood it will go back in it through the cowl's

Yup...practically all of it...I'm developing a new patented "closed loop" induction system whereby the exhaust is piped back to the DFIC, a ducting on top of bonnet to tie the louvers into the cowl, then into the cabin and the motor...Soon, I'll be able to take my Mini underwater...

This might get a laugh, but oh well. Looking to go CAI, but does anyone make a Cowl Scoop that isn't as agressive as Longboards or Moss ones that MSFITTOY is using?
