Problems with glove box?

So why cant Mini make a better closing glove box? I have an 03, glove box will not stay closed anymore, using duct tape . Anyone know any fixes for this? Dosen't seem to be any adjustment or anything :impatient. What a piece of . Please help me .

I'l sell you mine for $75... I don;t need it with my roll cage....

Well I tore the box out and did alittle modifing, It is working ok, keep ahold of the box I may need it down the road .

I have a room full of OEM parts I no longer need... Its not going anywhere

Take a flashlight and needlenose pliers out to your car, Look under the handle you will see 2 rubber nipples, yank em out with the pliers, I guess you can trim them, I left mine out. No rattles either.
