>>I never payed attention to cars until I got the MINI. This was the 1st time ever I did anything to a car. Pretty darn easy thanks to MCO

Sounds...and looks like you're hooked on cars now. Not a bad thing either. Good job/didn't go overboard IMHO too.

Nice car! That Pioneer unit is real nice too. As far as the taillights, the only way for you to be legal is to have a red reflector in the back. The brake light has no reflector, so it's not legal. Plus, it would probably need to be lower anyway.

>>Thanks hahahaha, I guess you could still say they are PHAT!
>>
>>L.Mini - I wasn't so sure if I should do this myself either, but I didn't want to pay $200 to install.
>>
>>MCJoe - Hmm... I wonder how it would look with the white pinstriping. It does look a little incomplete. Maybe a black pinstriping would look good? Any idea where I can get the pinstriping? I would keep the red tail lamps for you CR Cooper. Yeah, it is a more seamless look. and you save money and your legal.
>>
>>Does anyone know if my car is legal if I kept the 3rd brake light red?

I'm not sure where to get the pinstriping, but I think I remember reading that you can get it at any sign shop. I'll have to locate one and check it out.

I did a quick edit of your picture in Paint, just to get an idea of what it would like like with white pinstripes, I'm no Photoshop expert, I'm sure they could have done a MUCH better job, but you get the idea.
