how to remove arch reflectors

ok im having some trouble getting the wheel arch reflectors off to smoke them out and for the life of me i cant remove them ...i heard on here and am hoping that taking the bumper off ISNT the only way .....anyone know how to ?

Go in through the wheel well. I didn't even have to take my wheels/tires off. Just crank the steering wheel all the way away from the side you're doing, take the bottom front few screws off, and you can get right in there.

Yeah, you shouldn't need to take the bumper off. For the front ones, MLWagner is right -- just crank the wheels so you can get some space, remove the plastic screw-clips to get some space under the wheel well cover, then there is a single nut you need to remove.

For the rears, you have to jack up the rear and remove the wheels; but then you have easy access to remove the plastic screw-clips, pull back the wheel well cover, and then get to the reflectors.

I didn't remove my wheels to do the rears - but my hands are pretty small.
