Removing 02 Cooper S exhaust tips?

its been awhaile since i touched my car so i was wondering.....can some tell me how to remve the factory cooper s exhaust tips? HELP PLEASE

There are two hols underneath them to stick an allen wrench in. Loosen and then they slide right off.

Wrench is a 3mm allen.

it's a 3mm allen and you have to go in at a slight angle...I suggest spraying the hole and in the back of the tip with WD40 and letting it sit for an hour or two. then removal should be fairly easy...good luck
