Seeing as how this afternoon was beautiful, I felt it was time to attempt to black out the chrome beltline and also the tail lights.

First came the beltline. VERY easy DIY mod.
I purchased 3M Schotchcal Stripe Tape 72793 Low Gloss Black 1/2x150 tape via eBay.

The results....



Not too shabby... On came the Lamin-x Smoke Tail Lamp Film...

All and all two very simple mods that add alot of black out to your MINI!

 

Looks good Marco. A little more Dark Silver, beltline, tail light sweetness.

 

Wow! Are those the Charcoal Tint on the tail lamps?
