Hey everybody! As many of you know BMW AG recently told the folks running the newtis.info website they had to shut down. You can still get access to the BMW Technical Information System (TIS), but it will cost you $30.00 per day to use it.

After an individual on another MINI website was asking for cylinder head component torque values (not listed in the Bentley service manual), I decided to put together a 3 part cylinder head reassembly video.

Part 1 covers the installation of the eccentric shaft, tappets, drag roller levers (rocker arms), intake camshaft, intermediate levers, caps, VANOS springs, exhaust camshaft, and bearing bracket.


Part 2 covers the installation of components, vacuum pump, VVT sensor, VVT servo motor, solenoids.


Part 3 covers pre-lubrication and startup
