How to reset the adaptations variable camshaft timing control on an R56 Mini Cooper S

 

I need to recheck this once again.

 

Noob question here...if I do this ECU reset (either with a tool or via unhooking the negative battery terminal until sleep mode)...will this negatively impact any tune that the car may have? I recently replaced the camshaft position sensor...cleared the P0015 code (using Torque Pro) and want to make sure there are no lingering code triggers. Many thanks for any replies.

 

It won’t effect your tune in any way

 

i reset all the adaptations like in the video but my car runs worse than before and the error code still shows up, even after replacing my vanos solenoid and both camshaft position sensors. anyone have any ideas?
