(How to) swap out brake dust covers?

I'm just looking to add a wee bit more chrome as pictured in the attachment, but I can't tell from this diagram (it's #7 - http://mini.sewellparts.com/oem-cata...SLCI-2011.html ) how to remove them. Am I taking the entire bumper off to unclip the from behind, or do they pull off somthing like the mirror caps? Please advise. Thanks.

Bumper removal not needed.

They can be popped out. Helps to have plastic trim tools for stuff like this though.

i used a credit card to remove mine

there are 3 clips across the top/bottom and 2 on each side

slip the cc in at the bottom and wiggle it in while pulling out on the lip

after i got the bottom clips loose, it just popped out
