hey gang,

i picked up an ipod video couple of weeks back and noticed:

1. interface screen sometimes wont show but instead shows a battery charging icon. but still works with my stock deck with OEM interface.

2. when ipod video is connected to my MCS while i start the car, it would skip a beat or two before playing normal (never happened with my G3 ipod).

3. there was once that the ipod video was locked (can't nav with the wheel) until i remount the ipod video and unmount it (then it woyked fine).

wonder if this was a firmware issue with apple or my ippod video might not be MINI friendly..
