Anyone on Oahu able to help pull codes?

I have a 2010 Clubman with 98,xxx miles on it I've been having difficulty troubleshooting. I have a basic OBDII scanner that tells me I have a P0012(Over retard on the intake side). I've troubleshot all I can based off of the generic code. I'd love to know if it's throwing a more specific code through the BMW/Mini software.

I have the proper diagnostic cable, though trying to install software on my laptop was never successful. If anyone can help out locally, please let me know!!

Not sure if you can get any more specific than that code using general code readers.

Checker and other auto parts shops offer free OBDII reader for use but this might be similar to yours.
