Hawaii Lemon Law 2002 Stats

i believe that MINI is Daimler-Chrysler (or at least the engine is) but i don't think these stats represent any MINIs that have been classified as "lemons" by the state.
i think that MINI's record in hawaii is untarnished as they try to settle w/o going to arbitration to save themselves from such public data. hmmm, this must also mean that the dealership could sell a "lemon" later as a demonstrator or pre-owned vehicle to some unknowing person?
