Let's Trick or Treat!!! Let's scare ourselves silly!!

Alright ghouls and goblins, the HMMC has planned a scary outing for our next meet!!

What: A cruise of the windward side, ending at Kaiser High School in Hawaii Kai, for a visit to a true house of horror! Admission is $3 and proceeds benefit the Rotary and Interact service projects at the school.

When: October 30, 2005, 4pm

Where: Meet for treats at Sandy Beach Park. We'll set out promptly at 4:30 pm.

The route will be as follows:

From Sandy Beach parking lot to Kalanianaole hwy along the coast-
Then to Waimanalo Beach park- parking lot to regroup
Then to curvy road near Kailua off of Kalanianaole hwy
Then to Maunawili curvy road
Then up to the Pali Lookout, stop for a view
and back down along Kalanianaole hwy and the coast to Hawaii Kai.

That Was An Awesome Meet!!!!

--Mucho props to all the HMMC officers for putting together an awesome Halloween cruise!!! I loved the twisty road we took near Kailua! Totally spooky taking those curves in that typhoon weather!

Too bad the Haunted house thing didn't work out, but getting to meet everyone and driving together was totally worth motoring out there. The HMMC is a really cool and nice bunch of people. Anyone who hasn't attended an event should seriously come out and meet this friendly and warm motoring group.

I'm glad my buddy Kevin could come out and meet y'all too. His Ion Redline had a hoot runnin with our little beasties. Man his car sounds mean! All stock with 211 ponies to the wheel!

I've posted some of Deanna's outstanding photography from the cruise in my gallery. Have a gander. Sorry there weren't more but I bounced Deanna and our camera around a lot during the cruise.

Oh yeah thanks for the candy you guys.

Scary photos!

Hey P - great photos - thanks for sharing - good that we had a chance to make sure our wipers work - both front & back - since we hardly ever need them here in Paradise - right!? Hope to see you at our next event too - thanks for joining us!

Great pics!

Aloha Pyratio - really glad you were able to join us and bring friends too! We're a Happy MINI bunch of folks and we'll let just about any other type of ride join us - as long as they understand that we "always lead the bunch!!" Hope to see you (and your buddies) at our next event.

It was a good safe run... even with the downpours..... no accidents...no drama... everything good...

I think I saw 3, maybe 4 temp plates with 11/05 on them, including mine.... plenty of Minis to add to the already well established club.... lottas coupes & converts with a whole lotta color combos....

Even with the Hounted House being closed, it was still great to talk story for a while at the end and then motor on till the Nov event....
