retrofit a NAV into a GP and Multi function steering wheel

just wondering if anyone has retrofit a NAV into a GP.

I know the steering wheel can be retrofitted with the multi functional steering wheel, but does it need re-programming from the dealer or can the programming done with the OBDII ?

This will give you an idea of the scope of work for retrofitting Nav. Details will be different for a GP because the author did the work on a 2009 MINI, and the GP would use the newer infotainment system that was updated in 2011.

The dealer does programming through the OBD port as well. If you want to do the programming yourself, you need to become proficient with NCS Expert software. Start here:
