Clear bra installation temp?

Hey all, had a question about installation of the clear bras available on the market. We brought our car home Nov 10th, and had Dale Barkalow from River City Dealer Services, mail me out a complete 3M clear bra kit for our car. Kit is to cover headlights, mirrors, full bonnet, full front fender, both rocker panels, and complete roof. The only problem I'm having is that installers in my area are telling me that the weather is too cold for them to install it, something about the material will not form correctly due outside elements not being warm enough. Does this sound right? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It is real. Maybe you can find a (relatively) controlled environment for the install.

Yup. Too cool means it can't be done well.
