There's one listed at MSRP at MINI of the Hamptons. If memory serves, I believe thay have experience arranging shipping, too. Oh, and they were having a deal on FREE SHIPPING.

Alvin - just out of curiosity - what part of the country are you located in?
Good luck in your search!

GP at MSRP

Hi Alvin, The Mini Center, in San Antiono should have my old GP#0706, still available. After ordering it back in August, they told me it would be there last week of October, worst case 1st week in November. So after making all of the traveling arrangments, getting time off work, renting a car to drive there, two days before we leave we are told that our car still would not be at the dealership until the 17th of NOV! So after explaining to them that I needed to cancel my order and would need my deposit back, they offered my the GP they had on the showroom floor! GP#0515. You might want to give them a call, and see if GP#0706 is available, we delt with Susie Clark & Richard Gutin and we are very happy with "SASSY", our newest addition to our family. Do yourself a favor and stay away from "Farin", he's a smuck!

Brecht Mini in Escondido, Ca has three. Talked to my salesman the other night and they have instructions to sell them "for whatever we can get" and they have them right now for MSRP. 760-745-3000. Ask for Nick Jolson. Tell him Doug sent you.

Brecht Mini in Escondido, California wants 15% over MSRP which is almost $5000 over list. That is from the salesperson Nick Joleson you said to call, so Mini b your info is wrong.

Calling someone on the phone is allot different than showing up with cash... btw the second GeePee has a sold sign on it today (Matt) is buying it (After I called him and told him they had one left) he made the move the next day it seems....\\Sorry guys - gotta strike when you can on these - if you hear of one... go buy it - don't wait....I just did my first run today in mine and absolutely love this car!

"They" said it would be worth 19K in three years! HA HA HA...I feel I stole it. Now all I hear is wheeen, pop...pop...pop wheeeeen, pop...pop. Gotta go drive. Good luck on those left!

What they WANT and what they GET are 2 very different things With money in hand and ready to buy you can get it for MSRP if you negotiate.

If you have the money in cash im sure they would work out a deal for you at MSRP. Otherwise Im sure you can buy one private party at MSRP or cheaper

Brecht Mini should not jerk people around. I had cash and was ready to buy ,but they want to be greedy and screw people around. Both Nick Jolson and the sales manager told me the car was 15% over MSRP, and he told me that the others he had sold were at around that price. Not to worry I found one at MSRP and bought it, at a dealer that is not a stealer.

I'm really sorry that you feel that way - I know for a fact that they are good guys - I like all the staff over there...BTW: since you live in AZ - I doubt you were at the dealership - again trying to buy a car over the phone isn't the same as walking in and negotiating.

I'm somewhat looking for one, didn't know Brecht had them at MSRP. I know of someone who was on the waiting list and picked one up from them for $5,000 over...will probably head over there this weekend and see if they work a deal at MSRP and take my '04S as a trade-in (If there is even one left)...maybe I'll have a GP in time for winter break

I wish I could get a GP. I have 16k from selling my 2004 and 12k left from selling my civic. Do you think i could take 28k and my 2002 cooper and make a deal for GP no financing involved?

I spoke to Nick Jolson myself after thanksgiving and he wanted 15% over and said no way for MSRP. I decided not to post cause Bookitten beat me to it. But he is 101% correct and I was a cash buyer too.

Sean Sunda was a cool guy he would give it at MSRP but the car was in contract by then. Its not the dealership its the salesperson they get greedy the more they charge I guess the more they get paid. Oh well its the way of life. only 2 types of people in the world the Cheaters and the Suckers
