Well, I've decided to get my own Mini finally. I was at the East Coast GP launch in NJ and saw them at the track in Limerock.

Either way, here is my predicament.

I have to sell my Mitsubishi evo 8 first. Unless someone knows a GP owner willing to trade,

Anyway, just wanted to say sooner or later I will get one.....

In case it helps, I happened to be at Passport MINI's new location in Gaithersburg, MD yesterday. They have at least two new ones.

What's the deal with the evo? I do have a GP and am thinking about selling in favor of something with a backseat and AWD

 

Sorry, just sold the evo on Friday and am picking up my 06 GP Wednesday.

I'm also in the market for a 1st gen GP. Any leads appreciated. As far as I can tell, there are only 3 for sale in the country.

Recently just bought a R53 GP, had 75,xxx on it, 10/10 condition on it, single owner, and all paperwork and documented JCW stuff.

Paid more than the 1 that's for sale in Philly on Craigslist,
With that being said wait it out until you find the right one and
you have to see it in person to make the final decision, instead of just looking at pics on the computer. just my .2 cents!

They're finally coming down in price$$$ a little bit as well.
Thing is I've been looking for a mint GP for about the last year,
come across some with mods, some with different interiors, so and so forth, you get the point, hard to find a completely stock one in great shape.
Most had 3 owners and were sitting at a dealership versus the owner selling it themselves.(Which I prefer)
I've seen them as low as $15k to as high as $27k.
