is anybody trying this kind of tune?how the result?
so far people recommended tune with RMW,but i'm in TEXAS:(

 

I havent heard anything for the R53's. The Accesport is only for the R56's

As stated the AccessPort is only for the R56 Turbo motor not the R53 Supercharger motor.
There are various tuners doing remote tunes. I suggest contacting Way at waymotorworks.com to discuss options.

 

i visit COBB at PLANO to discuss about this tune,and talk about how this tuning perform in my GP,they said that it perform well with no problem on 06 type S (supercharger)and will increase the HP and torque about 10-15%,and the port is in stock and i can do anytime,only my pocket not instock:(

 

Based on your post I went to the COBB website to see what they offered. When I go to the AccessPort for Cooper S or JCW it brings up the Alta AccessPort for $895. I am pretty sure Alta only has a ECU program for the R56 (Turbo) but I suggest you call Alta to verify.

 

That is not for R53.

 

Jan can tune your car remotely. You will have to purchase the remote tune tool and the work out the details with him (i.e. find a dyno he has either used or knows about, work it out with the dyno owner, etc...). He will have you join the forum on his website in order to get the software, and you will email the initial dyno result to him, he will tweak the results and send it back, and so on....

He will be doing this for me soon.....
