Since you have a November 2006 car, there is one thing that you should be aware of. Your car has the larger 14mm X 1.25mm lug bolts, not the older 12mm X 1.5mm bolts. This is going to become significant if you switch to aftermarket wheels, since many of them don't have bolt holes large enough to accept the 14mm bolts.
Also, even though the lug bolt change happened in July 2006, the owner's manual wasn't updated with the new torque values, and still lists a torque speciication of 88 lbf-ft. The bolts on your car are the same as the bolts in the new R56, so you should probably use the same torque spec as the R56 (102 lbf-ft).
