No thank you. I cannot imagine what the long term cost of ownership would be. Who would repair it when it breaks?

No, but one of the dealer installed options is the replacement of the gas pedal with an on/off switch.

I want the Tesla MINI by PML manufacturers.....except even though it is not in production, they said they could build one for $200,000...0-60 in 4 seconds would be quite acceptible plus 80 mpg

If a diesel MINI was offered in the states I would be one of the first to sign up for one. A plug-in diesel hybrid would be even better.
