A Heavy Burden
We have all heard it on the television “Rated number one in customer satisfaction by J. D. Powers.
Now it is my turn to speak for an unknown amount of MINI owners about my motoring experience with Smileee (03 ly/b mcs).
I know it is a huge responsibility but I promise not to let my fellow owners down.
Now where did they put the questions about the cup holders.

JD Powers who? I thought JD Powers is just a "made up" company that manufacturers pay to get great recommendations.
Why else would Chevy, GM and Ford always have these JD Power rankings in their ads?
I say BS to JD Powers, and yeah to the MINI.
