An ipod cradle that hooks to the shifter

The right side looks like the C in Craven on your website

It looks like it will be made of metal since there is a cutout in the middle, most likely for weight savings... And the image is speed wrench... My guess is a short shift wrench...(hopefully to be included in the kit)

I still think it's plastic-like a cradle to hold something to a stalk.

It is a stand off device. the left side slides over a tab and the right side holds a hose or wire.

The jig is up

Alright...

We've had some fun, and some great answers. The truth is that we are adding another tool to our product line. It is a small aluminum wrench that can be used as a key fob or kept in you MINI. The real bonus is that our logo on the other end can open up soda bottles when you are extra thirsty. The wrench fits the bottom of the adjustment collar on the shifter perfectly. This will allow you to loosen the collar more easily if it gets stuck, or tighten it down when you find your sweet spot.

Many thanks to everyone who participated. We really enjoyed the game, and may have to do it again with some other products. We will contact those who we wish to contact .

I look forward to meeting a lot of you at AMVIV, please say hi.

Wow. Now I can sleep at night. :impatient

But who wins the contest?

BTW, when will you design something that can be used with the OEM leatherette boot?
How about a "quick release" design similar to bicycle axles?

We love ideas

Not a bad idea at all Shea. We will certainly look into it. So you are thinking that a bicycle style quick release would be easy to find and open and close even when hidden under the boot? I think you may be right about that.

We are always anxious to hear the ideas of NAM members, you are the ones who know what your MINI needs. Tell us, and maybe we can make it happen. Anyone should feel free to send me PMs, but also if you use craven anywhere in you post I will find it! Big Brother is watching!

Thanks Shea.

It was only a joke.

Many people guessed that it was a wrench, some because they saw the name of the file was 'speed wrench'. So we looked for those who guessed what the wrench was for, or also guessed its alternative uses.
