A speed wrench and bottle opener. Perfect for getting the oil filter canister loosened and opening a beer while you wait for the oil to drain.

Well, clearly, it's a tool used by below-the-elbow amputees for putting decorative grooves on cucumbers

Looks like something to remove the oil canister top, the drain plug.....................and possibly open a beer bottle when you are done changing your oil.

I wish it was a wrench that could have helped me get the white plastic ball-joint bushing out of my shifter assembly when I was installing my Craven Short Shifter.
If it was, maybe I woundn't have broken that little bushing and had to buy a whole new shifter assembly for $100 just to replace that little piece!
Too late for me Kellen, but maybe it will help others...

Kellen, whatever it really is, all I want to know is if you'll do some more custom engraving on it for me like you did for my Craven parts! (I'll post pictures soon)

OK, after closer inspection and some real hard pondering, I believe it's a bottle opener and tuning fork. You open a few bottles of beer, twag it against your leg and the engine should sound perrfectly in tune. If it does not, then you need to open more beer.

?????

Looks like the old multi-wrenches you'd get to work your aftermarket blower on a 350/351. Seeing that the MINI's S/C doesn't fall in this catagory, I'd say it would be a wrench to work on the suspension.

I only guess that because it looks like two or three different tools you can use to change out or adjust the suspension (or, change out to one that you can adjust ).

Just FYI, before I saw Kellen say it had multi-uses, I was going to guess that it was a new-age exhaust mount for the new CravenSpeed Exhaust... OK, so a guy can dream!
