Would you buy another MINI?
heck yes
I just got my MCSca and I'm already thinking about my next one .After reading all the stuff on NAM ,I'm going for more personalize MINI... I love the one I have now but in the years ahead the newer better models will take over(maybe not too much plastic
) . The clubman looks interesting or in the future they may come out with a hardtop convert, like the VW EOS..

would still enjoy a good looking fun fast small ride:
1) new R52 MCS cab JCW Chili Red
2) 2006 second hand R53 MCS JCW Astro black full or Dark Silver/Black or Chili Red/Black
3) Porsche 911 GT RS3 (if money is no object
)
not yet convinced by the new R56

Hm, I actually traded a WRX in for my MCS. Very different cars, both fun though. I'd go with another MCS because I got really tired of Hondas revving at me all the time. Sometimes I miss the AWD, but only when the snow is really deep.
Yes.
In Nov 06 I totalled my 2003 MCS and had to make the tough decision on whether or not to buy another Mini. I want to buy a new car and there are many nice alternatives in the $30,000 price range (STI, EVO, GTI, Soltice GTP) but I decided to go with buying another MINI. I purchased a GP and I am happy with the decision.

Not a question of "IF". Only a question of "when".
When: My Bergey has lived a long and healthy life and MINI has made some changes to the car (I'm not totally fond of the 07's). Should be around the year 2012, or so.

I have a 2006 DS MCS that has 11000 miles on it. I love it and have lusted after them for many years. However, I think my next one might be automatic. My knees are slowly going out on me and the daily commute into Atlanta in my manual are killing me. I am thinking my next step is to retire the car to weekends and trips and pick a different car for the commute into town. I would also like to keep my current one for my son for when he goes to school. The only problem with this is that he is only 2 so it might be waiting for awhile.

Maybe ...
We may by a 2nd gen convertable when they come out provided the reliabilty issues sort out and the Almighty allows us too
Started w/ an '03 MC and moved up last year to an all JCW '06 MCS. Not interested in the new generation R56, and so will probably never part w/ my latest ride. If the new generation JCW comes out w/ 225 horses and beastly performance, it might be tempting to go that way, but that's quite a ways out. In the meantime, I prefer the whine of a supercharger to a turbo soundtrack.
The more and more i look at other cars on the road, i always keep wondering..........These people dont know what theyre missing?
So my answer to the question is a good, 'ol YES, id like to check out the clubman and see how it handles/feels!

Somehow I think the statistics drawn from this thread are going to be a little skewed...
...I've had my '05 for five months and there's no doubt that it's the most favorite car I've owned over the past 30 years. I love it and would buy it again in a heartbeat, but have to confess that I've recently lusted after a loaded MCS...

I don't think I'll ever own two MINI's at once, but if something happens to our current '05 MC with 20k miles, I might replace it with an R56, the extra MPG would be nice (not worth the loss to trade it in), but getting used to the center mounted speedometer would be hard. I really love the Chrono pack on my '05 MC with the tach and speedo behind the steering wheel.

In a heartbeat...if hubby would sell that third vehicle we don't drive that is wasting space in the garage (Tahoe).
I have a CR vert and would love for Scarlett Penny to have a PW hardtop friend to talk to in the garage at night.
