The Peerage of the Pepper White

I agree. That's what I have, except with chrome trim.
When I first got mine, I got lots of compliments specifically because it does not have a black roof like most do. It spent some time at the BMW dealer where they do the upgrades to get an Ipod adapter, and they loved it there. I originally wanted black and white, black with white roof or white with black. But since the white is offwhite and the black is jet black, I decided I didn't like it so much. Also, in this climate, a dark roof isn't a good idea. I think matte black stripes would look good, though.
The pepper white is a distinctive, rich warm color. But not a fun color. My virtual cars are always red. I'm not sure why I was in a black/white mood at the time. And I do think it's a shame to not have all the fun stripes and such. Next time.

I agree completely. When I first started configging, I was PW/B with bonnets. Not that thats bad (I still like it), but I eventually skipped all stripes and went PW/PW. Very rare at events and sightings, which I love. I see a lot of PW/B and Im happy I went my path. Its all good tho.
I get a lot of compliments on the road. I see a lot of people do double-takes and give the thumbs up. I can imagine that doubling when I lower.

How about we look at the smallest unclaimed numbers on the lists. The lowest unclaimed number is 114; let me know if that's not ok. I've updated the above list to reflect the change.

Took delivery of my pepper white/black roof mini on Dec 16th. Snowed 22" the next day, then snowed a total of 5' in the next 3 weeks. Finally took it out of the garage a couple of days ago. Wow what a ride. Could I please have #2601?

howdy, howdy, howdy. Hope everyone's having a good January. Denver has been very nice of late; un-seasonally warm. It hit 70 today; very unusual. <shrugs>

I thought I'd share a couple photos I took today with my fellow PW brethren !
These are a couple of shots of a fellow band member I took today. He has an endorsement with Gretsch Guitars, most of his guitars are very "flashy". When he showed me this flat black model, I thought it would look cool with him leaning against the car going with the Blacked out look I've got going on with my Boo !

November was the month I got my "05 PWB MCS from my local BMW dealer. I love it and am finding out about all the MINI nuances. Stuck wheels, Service Engine Light, but still with all the demands for attention I have never had a vehicle that gives me such a kick (had a '67 Harley 1200 chopper and '69 Chevelle Malibu w/350). Please add me to the Pepper White Peerage List.

Hi. My first time here to the Peerage of the Pepper White Club. Mine is the '08 MCS Cabrio (6spd)... I see that Salt and Pepper already asked if we were welcome. May I please have #922? Don't know exactly what it means but my guess is that I am supposed to be here!
