General MINI TalkShared experiences, motoring minutes, and other general MINI-related discussion that applies to all MINIs, regardless of model, year or trim.
One thing I love about MINI is it's hard to find a TWIN. I also went with the white roof / mirrors and center racing stripes. But I think there are still plenty of differences.
Right on. Last weekend I saw my neighbors on the way outta the house and they asked if I had just been at a local shopping center (I hadn't). They had seen a green MINI with white roof & mirrors and thought it was mine until I pointed out that I have white Viper stripes, front & rear badges, etc.
The "youification" and endless ways to make a MINI unique is one of the fun things about owning these cars. I dare say that among enthusiasts and motorers (not just everyday drivers) not two are alike.
My first MINI is on order. Just found out right now that it has been "scheduled for production".

Ted.
Thanks!
Agree on the twin-factor. So fun to see one when you do (I have not yet but have only owned for 3 months). Also note, yours will not be a twin of mine as I have chrome mirrors Also notice I have no sunroof! So many options, countless siblings, and yes plenty of differences.
Snapped these last weekend but never posted in the BRG thread. Didn't edit them because I'm still learning the software. I have a lot more, but I don't want to clog the thread. haha
Happy new member of the BRG II gang here! Horrible day at work yesterday capped-off beautifully with a call from my MA! Rushed over to my dealership and now my weekend is looking up! Spent all morning "setting-up" everything from the SIRIUS to the seat to where I want to keep my sunglasses! Heading out with the family soon to a fall festival and can't wait to drive!
I'm not much of a poster, but I do love my (all) British Racing Green Mini Cooper! 2012, 6 speed manual, plenty fast, lots of fun, and not too flashy. My wife's yellow convertable Boxter is the flashy one in the garage.
