B48 Engine Waste Gate Rattle 26 Countryman JCW
I'm seeing on other post that the B48 engine has a waste gate rattle. Anyone else experiencing this?
It sounds like a coffee maker/percolator and low-ish RPM's under load/accelerating.

Anybody having this issue here? I noticed it more the other day when I accelerated on an on-ramp. Buzzed from around 2k RPM up to about 6k RPM.
Dealer said they drove another Countryman and it did the same thing? Had my 2018 F56 for 6 years, never had a single issue.
Soap Box: I guess no one can make a good motor anymore? GM has all sorts of V8 Lifter issues, Toyota Tundra V6 has issues, my buddy's new Ridgeline V6 has the cylinder deactivation now, the list goes on. Thanks, new Fuel saving devices.
Maybe it's a post Covid thing?
